Plaintiff is a 40 year old woman applicant for Social Security disability benefits to whom the Secretary has credited with 19 calendar quarters of earnings. Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 423(c)(1)(B)(i) in order for Plaintiff to have attained an insured status she would have needed not less than 20 quarters of earnings credited to her.
