This appeal from the grant of a summary judgment concerns the Colgate1 doctrine of antitrust law. As we are convinced that plaintiff-appellant Aladdin Oil Company made an insufficient showing to withstand the motion for summary judgment of defendants-appellees Texaco, Inc. and Poweram Oil Company, Inc., we affirm.
