Through a hearing before the Workers' Compensation Court on December 1, 1977, claimant, Virginia Dumont, sought compensation benefits for the death of her husband which she alleged was the result of an injury he received in the course and scope of his employment by Wickens Bros. Construction Company on October 12, 1976. The Workers' Compensation Court denied the claim. Claimant petitioned for a rehearing before the lower court, and oral argument...
