This is an appeal from the district court's denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The petitioner was convicted by a jury in an Ohio court of the crime of murder. The district court considered seven grounds asserted by petitioner in support of his claim for relief.
