On November 25, 1975, defendant was charged by bill of information with violation of LSA-R.S. 14:95.1 (possession of a firearm having previously been convicted of felony). On September 14, 1977, she withdrew her plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty to the charged crime, reserving her right to appeal errors which allegedly occurred during pretrial proceedings.
