PER CURIAM.

Hilt Truck Line seeks to set aside an order1 of the Interstate Commerce Commission requiring it to cease and desist from the transportation of green, salted, brinecured hides. The Commission found that transportation of the hides did not come within the scope of the permits held by Hilt and thus violated 49 U.S.C.A. § 10921 (1979).2

Hilt held permits to transport "junk, scrap and waste...
