This appeal is from an order granting the appellee's motion for a summary judgment. We reverse.

The appellant, William B. McGuire is engaged in the business of building and selling homes. In connection with this enterprise, McGuire acquired insurance coverage with appellant, American Liberty Insurance Co. under a "builder's risk" policy.
