Appellee Esther Atcherson brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1976), against appellant, Honorable John Siebenmann, Judge of the Juvenile Court, Johnson County, District of Iowa alleging that Judge Siebenmann unlawfully terminated her employment as a county juvenile probation officer in derogation of her first amendment rights.
