This is a suit for personal injuries allegedly suffered by the plaintiff, Ted D. LeBlanc, as a result of his fall into a grain bin. Made defendants in the petition are: (1) Ernest Landry, the owner of the land upon which the grain bin was situated; (2) Gilmore-Tatge Manufacturing Company, the manufacturer of the bin; (3) Dupont Manufacturers, Inc.
