This is an appeal from revocation of probation. Appellant was indicted on a charge of murder in the first degree. At arraignment he pleaded not guilty. When his case was called for trial he withdrew his not guilty plea, waived a jury trial, and pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the first degree. He was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary.
