The plaintiff, Sam Goltzman, filed this suit for a writ of mandamus to compel the defendant, Ronald Owen Goltzman, in his capacity as president of General Export Iron and Metal Company of Louisiana, Inc., to issue to plaintiff 12 shares of the corporation's stock.
