Clifton Belton, Jr. was charged by bill of information with distribution of phenmetrazine in violation of La.R.S. 40:967(A). After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty as charged and sentenced to pay a fine of two hundred fifty dollars and to serve five years at hard labor.
