COFFIN, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal in a proceeding under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act from a district court's dismissal of a complaint seeking to establish rights under an oil and gas lease. We affirm.

The facts giving rise to this appeal are fairly simple. On November 8, 1974, appellant refining company entered into an oil and gas lease with appellees. Under the terms of the lease, appellant as lessee was to begin drilling operations within one year...
