The state appeals from an order suppressing evidence in a case in which the defendant Washington was charged with burglary of a conveyance and grand theft. The record shows that an officer in a patrol car saw Washington walking out of motel parking lot and down Biscayne Boulevard at about 5:45 in the morning.
