This case involves an action by one attorney, Wilson, against another attorney, Brooks, and Brooks' law firm. Summary judgment was granted for the defendants. We affirm.

Several theories of recovery are advanced by Wilson which he contends should entitle him to a reversal of the summary judgment and a trial on the merits. We have carefully analyzed each of his alleged causes of action and consider it necessary to discuss only two of them, malicious...
