September 6, 1979.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

David H. Bludworth, State's Atty., and Joel M. Weissman, Asst. State's Atty., West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Valentine Gabaldon, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Our consideration of the briefs, including a study of the entire record, leaves us with the conviction that no reversible error has been demonstrated. Accordingly, the order appealed from is affirmed.
