Upon initial consideration of the appeal from the final judgment entered in this cause, this court remanded the cause to the trial court to resolve three issues, to wit: 1) the issue of the custody of the children; 2) the enforceability of the Iranian antenuptial agreement; and 3) the fixing of attorney's fees incident to the appeal.
