The instant case resulted from the consolidation of two lawsuits. The first suit was initiated by Melton Steel Company, hereinafter referred to as "Melton," against Wallace Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Wallace," and Siderius, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Siderius," alleging breach of contract and interference with contractual relationships.
