GIBSON, Chief Judge.

This appeal questions whether a secured creditor is entitled to allowance of attorney fees as provided in an installment sales contract after the debtor has filed a petition under Chapter XIII of the Bankruptcy Act. The Bankruptcy Court answered the question in the negative, but the District Court1 reversed. We affirm the District Court.
