Addie McDonald and her husband sued South Central Bell, alleging that Mrs. McDonald was injured when she tripped and fell over an improperly installed telephone wire at the family residence in April, 1976. A supplemental and amending petition joined John B. Hinyup, owner of the premises, as an additional defendant.
