HOLMES, Judge.

Plaintiff-appellant appeals from an order of the trial court granting a new trial. The dispositive issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred to reversal in granting the new trial. We find that it did not and affirm.

The record reveals the following: The plaintiff, a homeowner, entered into a written contract with defendant that defendant construct a swimming pool on plaintiff's residential lot. The pool was completed in April of 1976...
