A twelve-count indictment charged five defendants in a complex grain fraud and stolen truck trailer case with violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1962 (Racketeering), 18 U.S.C. § 1343 (Wire Fraud), and 18 U.S.C. § 2315 (Receipt of Stolen Goods Moved in Interstate Commerce).
