DAUKSCH, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order denying a child's Motion to Suppress Evidence. The appeal is taken after a plea of nolo contendere was entered with a specific reservation of the right to appeal the order denying suppression. Upon a review of the record we find no evidence of any search or seizure even though the child pleaded nolo contendere to having been in possession of a controlled substance. The order appealed is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
