Michael Mohel appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York entered on January 11, 1979, after a jury trial before Pierre N. Leval, Judge, convicting Mohel of distributing and possessing with intent to distribute cocaine on April 15, 1978, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A).
