This is a suit by Dorothy Horlock to have certain properties declared community assets of the marriage of herself and the appellee, Roy M. Horlock. After the divorce proceedings between the Horlocks were completed through appeal to the court of civil appeals and denial of application for writ of error by the Supreme Court, this suit was filed.
