The grand jury of Mobile County returned an indictment against the appellant, Urias Dees, charging him with murder in the first degree. Appellant entered a plea of not guilty. A jury found the appellant guilty of murder in the first degree and fixed his punishment at life imprisonment. The trial court duly sentenced the appellant to life in the penitentiary.
