OPINION

HENDLEY, Judge.

Plaintiff recovered judgment in a wrongful death action involving her son who committed suicide while in police custody. Defendants appeal asserting several grounds for reversal: (1) refusal to give certain instructions; (2) the giving of certain instructions; (3) admitting certain items in evidence; and (4) permitting an expert to express an opinion. We affirm.
