One Paula Bissonette sustained back injuries in an automobile accident because of the negligent operation of another vehicle by a city employee. Thereafter these injuries were allegedly aggravated by reason of her physician's malpractice in performing an unnecessary and unsuccessful laminectomy and fusion to her spine.
