Appellant was convicted by a jury of the offense of theft by receiving. Ark.Stat. Ann. § 41-2206 (Repl.1977). His punishment was assessed at 10 years' imprisonment in the Department of Correction and a fine of $5,000. The appellant contends the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence secured from a search of a truck.
