Appellant was convicted of the robbery of Delbert Reeves.

According to the testimony of Reeves, he had been at Saul's Delicatessen from about 9:30 P.M. until about 11:00 P.M. on November 26, 1975. Upon leaving he found that a battery from his car had been stolen, and he started walking toward a friend's house to call a taxi. As he was doing so and had just left the parking lot, an automobile was driven up to where he was walking...
