MARCUS, Justice.*

James H. Compton was charged in the same information with four counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile in violation of La.R.S. 14:80. He was also charged by an indictment of the grand jury with the crime of aggravated rape (La.R.S. 14:42). Defendant pled not guilty to both indictments at arraignment. Subsequently, he withdrew his pleas of not guilty and entered pleas of guilty...
