This action is brought by the United States of America to recover a penalty in the amount of $225.00 incurred as a result of an inspection of defendant's workplace pursuant to the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq. ("OSHA"). Jurisdiction is predicated upon 29 U.S.C. § 666(k), which permits the United States to bring an action to recover such penalties...
