Plaintiff, William T. Burton Industries, Inc., asked to be recognized as owner of eighty acres in Vernon Parish, Louisiana described as follows:

Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE ¼ of NW ¼) and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW ¼ of NE ¼), Section 25, Township 3 North, Range 6 West.

The suit was dismissed prior to trial as to all defendants...
