Plaintiff Tillman brought this action against defendant Lincoln Warehouse Corporation (Lincoln) for its failure to return a substantial portion of the Tillman collection (the "collection"). He sought recovery from defendant Transamerica Insurance Company (Transamerica) on an "all risks fine arts" policy. At the end of plaintiff's case, the trial court granted Lincoln's motion to dismiss the action...
