OPINION

DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a revocation of probation. The conviction was for burglary. Punishment was assessed by the court at six years.

The motion to revoke alleged:

"On or about the 28th day of November, 1978, in Potter County, Texas, the said defendant, Douglas Cross did then and there knowingly and intentionally with intent to deprive the owner, Sue Bergner, of property, namely a watch, and without the effective...
