The plaintiffs have appealed from an adverse judgment of the Circuit Court. We reverse.

The appellee, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as Nationwide), insured certain vehicles belonging to one of the appellants, Moses and Holloway Heating and Air Conditioning Company, Inc. (hereinafter Moses & Holloway) under a "fleet policy." Moses & Holloway, an Alabama corporation is the named insured in this fleet policy...
