This is an appeal from an adjudication of delinquency. A delinquency petition was filed in the wake of a fracas which erupted at a high school football game. The genesis of the disturbance is unimportant; suffice it to say that the defendant/appellant, Jeffery Driskill, who was seventeen years old at the time, made an insulting remark about an off-duty policeman working as a security guard at the game.
