Disciplinary proceedings were initiated by The Florida Bar against Joseph H. Weil, a member of The Florida Bar, alleging misconduct in his handling of an estate. The Board of Governors of The Florida Bar approved the referee's findings of fact and recommendation of guilt, but disapproved the recommended discipline.
