Jack Wedmore sustained personal injuries while working on the North Slope of Alaska on November 7, 1974. On that date, Wedmore was an employee of Alaska Totem Electrical Enterprises, Inc., the electrical sub-contractor employed on a construction project by the general contractor, Arctic Structures, Inc.
