This is an action seeking declaratory and injunctive relief pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 28 U.S.C. §§ 2201 and 2202. Jurisdiction is premised upon 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331(a) and 1343(3). Plaintiff is a Rhode Island business corporation which, prior to April 27, 1978, operated a medical clinic at 100 Highland Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for gynecological services, including the termination of pregnancies...
