Defendant Jay Oates appeals from convictions of reckless conduct and unlawful use of weapons following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Tazewell County. Defendant was sentenced on the unlawful use of weapons conviction to a one-year term of probation, conditioned upon the payment of a $500 fine and the service for a period of six months...
