Appellant, the law firm of Adler, Barish, Daniels, Levin and Creskoff, filed a Complaint in Equity in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia. It sought to enjoin appellees,1 former associates of Adler Barish, from interfering with existing contractual relationships between Adler Barish and its clients.
