OPINION

PHILLIPS, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. On November 24, 1975, the appellant was convicted of the offense of burglary of a building upon his plea of guilty. V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 30.02(a)(3). Punishment was assessed at five years, probated.

On May 10, 1976, the State filed its motion to revoke probation alleging that appellant:

".... on or about the 19th...
