This appeal is from cases arising out of an automobile accident. They arise from a collision which occurred at the intersection of two hard surfaced state highways. It occurred at 3:00 in the afternoon on a clear day, November 13, 1974. One highway runs east and west; the other, north and south. Visibility is good for a considerable distance in all directions. Drivers of cars can see one another for a good distance before reaching the intersection...
