Appellant/defendant Clay Leonard Ennis and two others were charged in a three-count indictment with first-degree felony murder, robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery. A jury found appellant guilty of all the charges in the indictment. Appellant was adjudicated guilty of all three charges and sentenced to life in prison for murder in Count I, a concurrent life sentence for robbery in Count II, and a consecutive eight-year sentence for conspiracy...
