In this disciplinary proceeding the Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline (Commission), under authority of Mo. Const. Art. V. § 27, and Rule 12,1 recommends that respondent be suspended without pay from the office of Judge of the Probate Court of St. Louis County for a period of ninety days, because of judicial misconduct.
