Appellant was found inside a store building with the roof vent open, an overturned ladder on the premises, a shotgun in his hands and the burglar alarm sounding in his ears. Upon his arrest, a watch worth approximately $1,000, which had been taken in a prior theft, was found in his possession. He was indicted for second degree burglary and receiving stolen property.
