Appellee Anderson filed a complaint on July 29, 1975, for recovery of damages for personal injuries. Anderson alleged that on April 23, 1972, she was a passenger in a car which was involved in a collision with a vehicle driven by the Appellant DeHart. The complaint stated that she was eighteen years of age at the time of the collision. On August 18, 1975, DeHart filed his answer which consisted of a general denial.
