PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff sued defendant alleging negligence in the maintenance of a roadway which plaintiff claimed was subject to defendant's supervision for construction purposes. Defendant answered plaintiff's complaint denying negligence and asserting the affirmative defense of contributory negligence. At the conclusion of the trial a verdict of no cause of action in favor of defendant was reached and plaintiff appeals as a matter of right.
