On June 18, 1974, petitioner was incarcerated in the penitentiary for a term of 15 years. On June 17, 1977, pursuant to an allegedly forged court order, petitioner was released from custody. On October 6, 1977, petitioner was returned to the custody of the Arkansas Department of Correction.
